Payment is charged when your booking is confirmed by the talent. You'll receive a confirmation email with your receipt.
30+ days before event: Full refund
7-29 days: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
Email us at bookings@models4tradeshows.com with your booking details and we'll process your cancellation according to our refund policy.
In the rare event that talent needs to cancel, we'll immediately work to find a replacement. If no suitable replacement is available, you'll receive a full refund.
Yes! After your booking is confirmed, you'll be able to send event instructions, product information, and any other details directly to your talent through our platform.
Your talent will meet you at your booth. Make sure to include your booth number in the event details so they know exactly where to find you.
You (the client) are responsible for registering talent for exhibitor badges. We'll provide you with the talent's full name and any required information needed for badge registration.
